I had to replace the whole roof as my home was in danger of extensive damage.
I called Certainteed who did nothing. They took my information but did nothing. The previous owners never said anything about the roof on the disclosure. That was right after buying the home. Horrible product, should never have been approved for use. My house had these shingles that deteriorated and we almost fell off the roof. Roofer came and replaced shingles. Had the roof re-shingled in October and was told the old Certainteed Shingles were defective. Well they put Certainteed Shingles on the roof in October and now, six years later the shingles are starting to curl and deteriorate again.
